We have designed three levels of Packages to support your every need. 

  • BASIC: a tailored package for the individual machine which includes a full set of consumables and wear and tear parts
  • ADVANCED: BASIC PACKAGE + parts that potentially may be damaged and normally not subject to wear. A set of parts dedicated to the customer with a trained maintenance team
  • THE WORKS: BASIC and ADVANCED Packages PLUS vital parts with extended lead time. A package dedicated to customers working in 3 shifts and with a trained maintenance team on site.

Grafotronic recommends replacing BASIC parts after one year of production or one thousand working hours.

Wear and Tear parts packages include parts like this: Various sensors (FMS/Safety etc.), Various on-off buttons, One key cassette, Emergency stop button, Idler non-stick coating – asm without axis, Idler – asm without axis, All fuses, Relay set, Ventilator.

Preventive Maintenance


HIGHLIGHTS:

Tailored ONSITE Operator Training


The training is tailored to optimize operator performance and best practice sharing.

The training is maximum a working day (8 business hours). It will take place onsite at the customer’s machine to combine theory with practice.
